  1. Can we order your products any time of the year? What about warm weather shipping?

    Yes! Orders can be placed all year round.

    Due to the unpredictable nature of weather, heat-sensitive products will be shipped in coolers with ice bricks as determined by our shipping department at NO additional charge to you!

    Items passing through warm regions in transit are included in the cooler program.

  2. How much money does our group make on each sale?

    Your group can set its own selling prices, so the profit margins are up to you!

  3. How long does it take to receive my order?

    From point of your order entry at Terri Lynn, 2–3 weeks depending on your location. We process every order fresh in house to ensure your fundraising products are the very best available.

  4. How does your product ship?

    Depending on the size of the order, Terri Lynn will ship via truck or UPS. Contact us if you have questions.

  5. Is there a minimum order?

    Yes, the minimum order is 2 cases (12 bags per case).

  6. Can our group reorder more products after the first order arrives?

    Yes, your group can order more products any time of the year.

  7. Is credit available? Can our group establish credit with Terri Lynn and receive a bill?

    Yes, your group can establish credit by filling out Terri Lynn's credit application with all the necessary information. Upon approval, Terri Lynn will send you a bill after your group's order is shipped.

  8. Are your products Kosher?

    Yes, almost all of our products are certified Kosher. (The exceptions are Gummi Bears & Fruit and Nut Mix)
